Sam's spokesman Michael Sands said these allegations were "untrue and have not been proven." Guess we'll see what happens tomorrow, April 16th, because that's when the follow-up hearing is scheduled! And that's not all - there will be a planned review of Trust issues for the Spears fam on Thursday, the day after.
