Britney Spears, who actually got married while wasted out of he mind in Las Vegas once, then married a deadbeat named Kevin Federline after a brief courtship, has never been one to take things slowly when it comes to relationships.
While any engagement rumors surrounding her and Jason Trawick have been shot down thus far, it’s no surprise she’s considering converting to Judaism to show her commitment to her agent and boyfriend, according to The Sun (UK).
The singer and Candie's model has been spotted wearing a necklace with the Star of David on her tour. She's even recruited a rabbi to help her study the faith.
Britney Spears is all smiles with beau Jason Trawick these days.
A source said she "wants to try the religion Jason was brought up with."
This is not the first time we've heard this sort of rumor, however.
Britney Spears, who had a Southern Baptist upbringing, also dabbled in the Jewish spin-off of Kabbalah in 2005 after Madonna suggested it. Then in 2007, she was rumored to be changing religions for then-boyfriend Isaac Cohen.
We don't suspect she has the time or commitment to make such a huge step at this time, but it's a nice idea. We're just glad she and Jason Trawick are happy.
