Britney Spears receives the Ultimate Fan Choice Award (video)

Although it was taped on Sunday, Monday night FOX aired the 2009 Teen Choice Awards and I loved getting to watch Miley Cyrus presenting Britney Spears with the Ultimate Fan Choice Award, which is basically the most prestigious award of the night. Miley described Britney as the best-selling female artist of all time, then they showed a video montage of Britney clips. Check it out!
