Either Jason Trawick is working out hardcore or eating way less! Not that he ever looked bad in my opinion, but he has undergone a transformation from being with Britney. Props to him! But is he getting too thin? I like the lighter hair on him still! Brit's a lucky gal!

With the countdown on for the official release of Britney Spears’ new video for “3″ it seems that Britney wants to tease us a little. She’s giving us three five-second clips from the video over on Twitter. So far she’s let us see the very first clip and it’s so mean because it just makes me want to see more. I do have to say that Britney looks incredible in the video, that’s for sure! Take a look at clip #1 over here to see what I mean. She looks gorgeous!

Poll: Miley Cyrus is the Worst Celebrity Influence in the World!

It's official: Miley Cyrus has lot touch with her fan base.

In a new AOL poll, the 16-year old singer was voted the worst celebrity influence of 2009. That's saying A LOT, considering Jon Gosselin and Kanye West are still alive!

Cyrus - whose attire and run through a myriad of boy toys over the last few months have raise red flags - received a whopping 42% of the vote. Britney Spears and Kanye finished second and third.

Vanessa Hudgens and Shia LeBeouf somehow rounded out the top five.

"I think Miley is in an interesting space where she is trying to graduate from being Hannah Montana and a Disney channel celebrity and coming into her own and having a career beyond Disney," said Stephanie Cohen, editor of JSYK.com, which ran the poll.

To Miley's credit, she's trying to turn her image around. She deleted her annoying Twitter account and recently sung to a child with cancer.

A survey that was apparently done in the UK shows that people named Britney Spears’ “Toxic” the sexiest video of all time. I’m not sure I’d pick it as the absolute hottest video ever, but I can see why it won. Britney wore some fantastic costumes in it and she looked gorgeous.

Britney Tranforms Her Man From Geek To Chic!

Although Britney's agent/boyfriend Jason Trawick may have had a hand in transforming the pop star's life over the past few years, Britney has repaid the favor by taking her guy from geek to geek chic! Jason didn't look like anything special when we first told you these two were an item back in '06. When things really started to get hot n' heavy between the two, in May of 2008, Jason was looking a little heavy himself, with hair that was looking a little more salt than pepper. Cut to a year later, and Britney's boy had already lost the weight in May, but started to look even better when Brit encouraged him to wash that gray right out of his hair in June! And the transformation was complete this weekend, when, on a romantic date at Little Door, Jason looked cool and confident. She's hot, she's famous, but she's not Britney famous! So imagine Annalynne's surprise to find her Mini Cooper suddenly surrounded by a hoard of paps worthy of a superstar like Brit! Photogs were waiting for a glimpse of Brit in Beverly Hills when they spotted Annalynne leaving a salon. Fresh from her little side trip to Mexico, Britney Spears was spotted taking her sons Jayden and Sean to a movie back in Los Angeles. Allegedly the family saw the film Astroboy. While Britney looked a bit tired to me (which you would sort of expect after a getaway), she looks very much at peace these days. Friday Flashback: Britney Spears “My Prerogative”

Sometimes when I choose a Friday Flashback I have something specific in mind ahead of time. However, this choice came about because it happened to pop on when I was listening to my iPod on shuffle.
When Britney Spears did a cover of “My Prerogative” she got some criticism because people said it wasn’t as good as the original version by Bobby Brown. The thing is, I disagree. It’s not better or worse, it’s her own version and I actually always really liked it. What do you think of Britney’s version of “My Prerogative”?

Another Day At The Movies For Britney And The Boys!

If we didn't know better, we'd think Brit was making a conscious effort to be seen with the boys so perhaps she could sway opinion in her favor in a bid for independence from her father's conservatorship? No way, right?! Spears was just out to the movies -- for the second day in a row -- with Sean and Jayden. Yesterday's flick was Where The Wild Things Are, today -- Astroboy! These boys are growing up! You need to get them in school, Brit! Or maybe you could zip over to Encino every day to share tutors with the Jackson kids???

X17 XCLUSIVE - BRITNEY VISITED BY DOCTOR, PLOTTING TO END CONSERVATORSHIP!

Well this is good news for Britney fans! Which includes us, of course. A doctor from the UCLA Medical Center, perhaps some sort of psychologist, visited our girl Brit at home yesterday between 1-3:30 in the afternoon... Jason Trawick and the kids were there with Brit, but not her dad. Afterward, her bodyguard drove the doc back to work. Hmm, the house call appears to be a psych evaluation, possibly to observe how Britney is acting with her kids. Does this mean the pop star and her beau are plotting to end the conservatorship ASAP? There had been previous speculation that it would end after Brit's concert tour is over (in fact, that's the main reason the conservatorship is still in effect) which would be before the end of this year... Here's hoping, Britney! Hmm, but would that be a good idea?

Who Will Survive Longer, Lindsay Lohan or Amy Winehouse?

The year 2009 is pretty much synonymous with celebrity deaths. Okay, that's not true in the least. But you have to admit, there have been a surprising number.

The way Lindsay Lohan is acting lately, one has to wonder if she's trying to become the latest casualty. If Michael Lohan is clued in, it's gotta be getting bad.

You know you have a drinking problem when the only events interrupting your raging partying schedule are court dates for your past DUI infractions. Yeesh.

We've seen this before with Britney Spears, who made a miraculous comeback after spiraling out of control in 2007. Now Lindsay has taken Britney's #2 spot.

The spot behind Amy Winehouse in The Hollywood Gossip's death pool, that is. A-Dubs remains the odds-on favorite, but LiLo's coming on fast and furious!

Given their lifestyles and frail states, Lindsay and Amy are both strong candidates to leave us at any moment. Who do you think will last longer? Vote below!

Brit Lights Up And Rides Shotgun

Britney Spears took a cigarette break while riding shottie in her white G-Wagen on Thursday, and even though she attempted to hide from photogs earlier in the day, she had no problem slyly smirking from the passenger seat. Maybe someone finally got their daily dose of Starbucks? Kisses!

Kevin Federline will join Britney Spears in Australia

Back when Britney Spears first launched her Circus tour, she wanted to see her boys, Sean and Jayden, as much as possible. In a very interesting custody move, Kevin Federline agreed to come along on the tour with Brit so that their sons could always be in close proximity to her. (The skeptical side of me would like to point out that Kevin got a lot of money from this arrangement, not to mention stellar hotel suites and whatnot. Being the ex-Mr. Spears is good for Kevin’s fifteen minute of fame.)

But she's already been to rehab not once, not twice, but three times! Will it really work next time around if she goes? Lindsay Lohan's been partying hard again recently and it's got everyone in her life worried... A source close to LiLo tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay is so close to going to rehab, but what she really needs is something way more than most rehabs can offer. This is way beyond just drugs and alcohol."

Whoa, could this seriously be on the level of Britney's mental breakdown? Lindsay's father Michael Lohan has talked about this to us before - not only has he called her on and off girlfriend Samantha "a drug" and "disgusting," he's also called attention to Linds' prescription drug addiction. Michael claimed his daughter was on "psychotropic drugs and antidepressants." And told us back in August, "These things can mess with a person's mind. I see some parallels between Britney and Lindsay." Think it's time for an intervention??? Yup!

Lady Gaga and Madonna on SNL: Cat Fight!

It's not often you get to see two famous blondes cat-fighting in leather lingerie and thigh-high boots on mainstream television. Well, not that often.

But this is Lady GaGa we're talking about, and her adversary on Saturday Night Live last night was none other than her idol, pop legend Madonna.

Ryan Reynolds may have been the host of SNL last night, but it was Lady Gaga who provided the most notable moments (to the surprise of no one).

She said a four-letter-word ("Dancing to that sh!t on the radio") during a song, then appeared in the periodic house-music sketch, "Deep House Dish."

In the sketch, Kenan Thompson and Andy Samberg host a show devoted to the latest in dance and techno. It's very random. And a natural fit for Gaga.

It wasn't long before Lady Gaga and Madonna - in a surprise cameo - launched into a full-on cat-fight replete with hair-pulling, pushing and wrestling...

Fortunately, the two were separated and placed on either side of Thompson while they cooled off until they kissed and made up. Britney is so jealous.

Nice to see that the practical joking pair can poke fun at their rivalry. And that Lady Gaga does not appear to be a hermaphrodite. That'd just be weird.

Kevin Federline Ready To "Kick His Own Butt" In Celebrity Fit Club

Well, that probably isn't going to be possible at least until he loses some of the weight, but K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan was very enthusiastic about his client's prospects on the show! "It's gonna be a no-lose proposition for him," Kaplan said before correcting himself. "Hopefully it will be a big-lose proposition for him!" Kaplan also said that "they're still working out" whether or not Sean P and Jayden J would be accompanying their mom on the Australian leg of her tour. With Kev shooting Celebrity Fit Club, he wouldn't be able to come along as a babysitter, so a trans-Pacific journey for the tots seems highly unlikely! It's a short leg, anyway so hopefully they won't be missing their mom too much as they watch their dad slim down!

It could also potentially be some new moves that she’s putting together for some of the songs on her Circus tour before she heads down to Australia, but I’m thinking that a video for “3″ is more likely.
