Stalker Enters Britney's Home Before LA Concert!!!

 Police arrested a woman today for sneaking onto Britney Spears' Calabasas property. Miranda Tozier-Robbins, who, coincidentally, sang a Spears song during an American Idol audition, was asked by security in the gated community to leave the area but refused and had to by physically removed from the property. Sheriffs arrived minutes later and took her to the Malibu-Lost Hills station to be booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Tozier-Robbins was released. The police report said Brit wasn't home at the time of the trespassing but X17 photogs saw the cops enter the neighborhood gates (not knowing it was a call at Spears' house) and didn't see Britney enter or leave the area until she left, with her boys in the car, around 5 pm for the Staples Center for tonight's concert.
Jayden, Sean, and Brit received a police escort to the arena ... Stay safe, Brit! We've got some X17'ers inside tonight's show and we can't wait to hear how it goes down tonight!!!

Britney Spears is currently hair-extension deep into her Circus Tour.

The singer has performed in Australia, Dallas and Vancouver, among other locales. In between, she's possibly had sex with Chase Benz and Kevin Federline.

It's a lot for a manic depressive to keep track of. Therefore, Britney can be forgiven for forgetting where the heck she is at times, such as last night in San Jose.

Will The Truth Finally Come Out?

X17online can confirm that Britney has been called to testify on behalf of Jon Eardley, Esq., the attorney she reportedly hired to help disentangle her from her father's clutches. Jamie accused Eardley of harassing Brit in paperwork filed for the restraining orders against Sam and Adnan. The papers claim that Lutfi and Ghalib, through Eardley, were trying to gain control of Brit's affairs. Eardley is insisting that Britney appear at his trial to testify whether or not she authorized him to act as her attorney and whether or not he has actually caused her emotional distress. An X17online reporter heard a recorded conversation between Britney and Eardley from last year, in which Britney told the attorney she wanted "her life back" and that she would accept his help in accomplishing that. That conversation (and others which have surfaced since then), certainly support his claim that he's only acting on her wishes. If she does take the stand, which Eardley argues she's certainly fit to do, will this be Britney's opportunity to tell the truth and get out from underneath her father's thumb once and for all? Or will Jamie find another way to keep her under his control? I hope she finally gets the chance to speak to the public about this! It's been over a year since her father's been her conservator, I seriously doubt she could still be considered a "danger to herself and others" at this point!
