Monday's Showdown ...

A hearing is set for tomorrow to address Jamie Spears' conservatorship of his daughter and we're hearing Brit's prepared to fight! Britney has apparently been speaking to her attorney's at Trope & Trope from the pay phone inside the UCLA psychiatric facility. Team Lutfi's telling us Britney does NOT want her father having control over her -- her medical decisions and her money -- and she'll have her attorney's argue for a replacement -- who, we're not sure. We've heard the Spears family are nervous about the hearing and feeling as if Britney might be successful in her bid to kick her dad out of her life ... Who will Britney's team choose as a replacement conservator? Sam?
